Shipping and Returns
A NOTE FROM OUR TEAM
While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, Dress Code LLC is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders and refunds to you as quickly as possible. That said, due to the impact of COVID-19 on our fulfillment center—and on shipping carriers nationwide—we anticipate that both order and return processing may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (e.g., pre-orders or backorders).
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Dress Code LLC offers USPS or UPS shipping on all orders.
Orders over $99.00 (within the Continental U.S.) receive $4.99 standard flat-rate shipping.
For orders under $99 or outside the continental U.S., standard USPS/UPS shipping rates apply (5–7 business days).
No handling or service charges are added beyond carrier fees.
To qualify for $4.99 flat rate shipping, your subtotal must be $99.00 after discounts and before tax/shipping.
Expedited shipping is only available to addresses in the contiguous U.S. Due to current carrier delays, 2-day and 3-day expedited shipping is not guaranteed, and thus, we are not offering it at this time.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If the carrier attempts delivery or provides a pickup location, you are responsible for retrieving your package or arranging redelivery. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to Dress Code LLC.
In that case, you will be responsible for:
Original shipping fees
Return shipping costs
Re-shipment charges
INCORRECT ADDRESS
By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is accurate. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address:
We will either refund the cost of the product (minus shipping) or
Reship the product for an additional shipping fee.
If the order is lost or not returned due to an incorrect address, Dress Code LLC is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
TAXES
Sales tax will be calculated where applicable, based on your shipping destination, and will be itemized on your order summary.
RETURN POLICY
Non-Returnable Items:
Open or used products
2 oz trial or travel size items
Used accessories (combs, brushes, clips, bonnets, turbans, etc.)
Opened supplements (teas, vitamins, gummies)
Clearance or final sale items (check product description for details)
Non-Damaged Returns
Hair care, styling, and skincare products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, unopened and unused, in original packaging.
Damaged or opened items will not be refunded.
Unauthorized returns of used products will not be refunded or returned unless the customer pays shipping costs.
Styling Tools
Must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unopened and unused.
Refunds exclude original and return shipping charges.
Used/opened tools are not eligible for return or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after return approval. If the order was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will go to the gift-giver.
Shipping Fees
All returns via USPS are subject to shipping fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued minus original and return shipping costs.

If eligible, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label.

If you use your own return label, it is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage or loss during return transit.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged or leaking shipment:
Take photos/videos of the packaging and items.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the photos.
Do not dispose of the items or packaging until we confirm whether they must be inspected by the shipping carrier.
Reports without images or with discarded packaging may not qualify for replacement.
LATE RETURNS
Items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and exclude shipping and handling, unless due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your item shipped directly from a vendor, we may share your shipping/contact info with them to complete your return.
Currency exchange differences will not be reimbursed.
